Driven


I love these two seater electric cars. They are so quite and not to mention so much better for the environment. I have only seen a few on the highway until the other day one quitely drove by and I could not resist take a picture.

Superstition range


This mountain range is on the eastern border the Phoenix metropolitian area. It is a great hiking area and known for the Lost Dutchman's mine. I took this shot as we were driving back into Phoenix.

My Paradise


This will be my last post until Monday night. I am off to Northern New Mexico where to look in on my property and to hang out in Santa Fe for the long weekend. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend doing whatever makes you happy.

After a beer, take in some art


Right next door to the Roosevelt Brewery is the Red Dog Gallery. They have great painting of dogs, cats and various other works of art. They even have art for your pets. I happen to own two pieces myself.

Happy Hour anyone!


The Roosevelt, a new brewery and wine bar in the downtown arts district. The bar is in an old brick home that was refurbished. I really liked the metal planter that I forgot to take a pic of the house itself. Well I guess I will have to go back for a glass of wine and a pic. Happy Wednesday everyone.

The Frog is a western type resturant in the Cave Creek area north of the city. If you want a good steak this is a great place.

A little color for your weekend.


Talk about a custom paint job. This car belongs to some musicians that were playing downtown.

Condo's Condo's Condo's


High rise condos are going up everywhere here in the city. This view is of downtown from the parking structure behind the ballpark. This city is growing to fast.

Talk about close up


The field was not the only thing we were close to. The mascot as well as a large Pepsi and this big taco walked by the gate next to our seats. Now thats entertainment.

Talk about great seats!


If you could not tell from the previous pictures we had some good seats. So good in fact we were sitting right next to the dugout. How often can you get such good seats that your sitting this close to Randy Johnson, only one of the greatest pitchers in the MLB. Click on the photo for a much better look.

The Jumbotron


Thats what they call the giant TV on this board. The jumbotron is the big Orange screen. In this photo it does not appear to be large but in person its huge.

The view from within


This is one of the shots from the inside of Chase field. When the weather is cooler they will open the retractable roof and its all set to music. Hope you all have a good start to the week.

I had a chance to go to an Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game the other day. This guy with the big hat was selling game day programs.

I'm back after in involuntary absence. My wonderful service provider had someone come out to do an install and disconnected my cable and internet service last Friday. I just got my service back on yesterday. This painting was on a wooden wall near and art gallery close to downtown. Happy Friday everyone!!!

Its First Friday!!


It the first Friday of the month,time for our monthly art walk downtown. These palm trees in front of these galleries will be lit up again. Have a great weekend everyone.

Curious Lizzie


Little Miss Lizzie has been our office mate for the last two weeks. She has been a great source of amusement every single day too. She loves my supervisor and loves being on her desk. Here she is acting as Printer Quality Control.

Flowers for Hump Day.


I love the orange color of this ground covr. It does well in our early spring but once it hits the high hundreds you won't see much of these flowers.

Santa Fe Plaza


Today is the "Theme Day" for the daily photo blogs and the them is "A photo of a city other than yours." I didn't get in on the theme day on time but though I would still post a photo of my favorite city. The Santa Fe plaza is one of my favorite people watching spots.
