I love these two seater electric cars. They are so quite and not to mention so much better for the environment. I have only seen a few on the highway until the other day one quitely drove by and I could not resist take a picture.

superb this electric car. there is not yet much in France, too expensive and not access of service station which proposes a refill
I'm sorry but it looks like a Smart and Smart has traditional angines. No electric.
I agree with Fabrizio. It looks like a Smart, and I think the gas filling port is visible on the side. The big launch for the Smart in the US happens next year:

The Toyota Prius can run only on its electric motor for a while, so it truly has the stealth mode. :-) The Honda hybrids always have the ICE running, as far as I know. There was an American car, the EV1 I think, that was leased only in the southern states of the US for some years. I don't know if some of them are still on the road.
Me too,It's smart/mini smart..I'm familiar with this tiny,plenty in Cologne and for sure they are not electric.
One is running around Maui--very weird looking car for over here!

But I think they are not electric cars. Looks like Z knows a lot about electric cars :-)
I hope to own a Honday Electric Car one day. haha.. But it's too expensive. Other cars are much more affordable.
