Something that is about to disappear soon.

Thank goodness these signs won't be up much longer. I wish that they weren't allowed to pollute the city with these but what are you going to do its election time. I will just be glad when they are gone as well as all the negative television ads.

This photo is part of the City Daily Photo Blogging monthly theme day. 55 Daily Photo sites are participating in the 1st November theme, please use the links below to visit them. Have ahappy election day. I will, it's my birthday, and, more importantly, melbourne Cup Day (the most famous horse race in Australia)

We are lucky. We have posters, but they have to be put on desingated, metal signs that are set up just before elections. Glad these will disappear for you.

I'm with you Randy, big huge annoying signs are horrible. They are big, they are huge, and they are annoying!

Hey, great idea for our theme today! I hope those elected are much more substancial than an ad campaign. We deserve good government and intellegent, thoughtful leadership of an open, democratic, and participatory citizenship. Marketers don't seem to get that.

Both the posters and the ads, as well as the telephone calls are irritating. The signs are a blight on the landscape, too.

This is mild. You have not seen posters being posted at every single lamp post during election time! haha...

Nice pix.

And the signs seem to keep getting bigger and bigger! Thanks for your comment at my blog - 11 drive-in theatre screens - how do you pay attention to just one or 2 let alone 11 at the same time?!
