The building itself is not as nice as the old building so I just took a picture of the guitar. The H.R used to be uptown but the neighborhood that it was in did not want a 18 foot guitar in front of the building. So they packed it up and moved downtown to a smaller and not very exciting building.

Does this building holding a music conservatory? As I am playing guitar, and a fan of guitars, I like this big sculpture. It's cool:-)
No its a resturant and bar. They have them in most major cities in the world. And if they don't it will probably be only a matter of time unless the city doesn't want a giant quitar for a sign.
