The Barrio Cafe has been rated one of the best resturants in the city. I myself have not been so I can't speak from experience. They have limited hours and you have to be willing to wait a while just to get in. I don't have that kind of patience. One day maybe.

I like your description of this restaurant. It might be great now, but greatness almost always leads to shortcuts in something and that almost always ends up with the business going out of business. It happens here all the time with restaurants. A good one lasts a few years and then fails and closes. Almost always due to the owner trying to make more money by producing things the customer does not like. Bad waitresses is just one element.
