that is SO true - life IS what you make it. Still, this genuflecting skeleton shows there is beauty in decay, too. And think of all the desert critters that find shade and safety peeking out from the bones of this saguaro. It's all a cycle. I bought a couple bits of saguaro skeleton in Arizona and I hung them on my wall - they are beautiful reminders of a place I love so much.
